Great Tang: This Prince Is Clearly Overpowered, Yet Ridiculously Goofy

Li Xiang opens his eyes to find himself the ninth son of Li Shimin, the one nobody notices. The Crown Prince considers him useless, the Prince of Wei sees him as a stepping stone, and the entire court waits for him to make a fool of himself. Then the supposed good-for-nothing drops the act. He takes Wei Zheng to task in court, beats Cheng Yaojin at the training ground, and slaps the table in Li Shimin's study. "Father, your approach to governing is no good. Give up the throne and let me industrialize the empire." Li Shimin: "You unfilial brat! ...Fine, tell me exactly how you'd do it." The court officials: "Your Majesty, where did your principles go?" Li Xiang: "Don't rush. Wait until I've finished drawing a map of the Americas, then you can all kneel."
