The Second-Rate Father and Son Defy Fate

Hilarious, ridiculously low-powered high martial arts, with everyday life, adventures, mysteries, and... everything under the sun, except a proper, ordinary story.

You could also call it a little absurd, or just plain crazy. Anyway, dear readers, take note: if it's not what you're looking for, there's no need to stick around. If it is, then feel free to let loose, chat away, and leave a few kind words or vicious insults...

Whatever happens, friend or foe, I welcome you. If you come as a friend, I'll raise a toast to you. If you come as an enemy, I'll win you over...

Truth and lies, everything will become a beautiful dream. Come, be a true hero!

Volume One will be undergoing a major revision soon. If you're interested in giving the book a try, please start with Volume Two. It won't affect your understanding much... But then you might ask: Why not just delete Volume One?

Absolutely not!

The foundations of the story are laid in Volume One, and bits and pieces of it connect to what comes later. Still, you can apparently understand and enjoy Volume Two without reading Volume One. If something doesn't make sense, you can fill in the blanks yourself or go back and read Volume One, where you'll discover a huge pit that somehow becomes a towering building.

How tall?

As tall as your ambitions, higher than the sky...

I'm sorry to say that the title isn't quite right anymore. I'll try to change it to a title everyone likes when I test some new titles at around 200,000 words.

[Urban + low-powered high martial arts + daily life + strategy + absurd comedy + young and accomplished + father-son bond + friendship + ambitions higher than the sky + love for the motherland, the world, and Earth]
