There are two kinds of abilities. The first kind is born from the world itself, such as earthquakes and volcanoes. When these phenomena reach a certain scale, the world gives rise to abilities related to them. These abilities change with the times: those that appear in wartime, for example, are often related to war. Different eras give rise to different abilities.
The second kind of ability comes from people earning the world's recognition. These abilities are born when humans unite with the world itself.
