[Interstellar Military Academy] [Interstellar Superpowers] [Interstellar Mechs] [Military Academy Life]
For the sake of an exorbitant scholarship, Bai Xi, a second-year physics student at Imperial Comprehensive University, a super “poor student” and a top academic genius, voluntarily transfers to the Imperial Military Academy's Mech Design, Theory, and Practical Training Department.
In an empire controlled by the Herman royal family, the extreme imbalance between the numbers of men and women has made polyandry the norm.
At age twenty, women are forcibly married off by the Imperial Marriage Administration according to genetic matches. Getting into the Imperial Military Academy is the only way for women to avoid arbitrary matchmaking.
Bai Xi, second year: Oh wow, all my roommates are privileged elites!
Bai Xi, third year: Wait?! So I'm the only human!?
Bai Xi, fourth year: Oh no, I'm not even human either!
[After the female lead's genetic matches are determined, she'll have multiple fiancees. If that's not your thing, don't read.]
