[Two male leads + insectoid race + repeated amnesia + personal growth + mutual pursuit + sweet and angsty romance + conspiracy plot + happy ending]
[Content warnings: Neither male lead is perfect, and the protagonists make controversial choices. There are many amnesia plotlines, with repeated memory loss. The conspiracy plot is naive. There is a considerable age gap in every couple, with the shou being many years older than the gong. The secondary couple features infidelity and has little page time. There are many original worldbuilding details, so please avoid if that bothers you.]
Helios Este (Ananke Sullivan) x Astra Savoy (Adonis Valois)
As his consciousness faded, Ananke caught the scent of green apples. That was when he met him: a short-tempered male insect with long legs and a slender waist. Ananke wanted to bite him. His father had said that if you bite someone, you have to take responsibility for them.
Ananke was willing to take responsibility, but the irritable insect didn’t seem interested. In that case, he could just send him on his way.
The next time he smelled green apples, the insect was in such a sorry state. Never mind, never mind. If this green apple couldn’t find his way home, Ananke would magnanimously help him get there. But why had he suddenly turned into such a clingy little cat?
Ananke liked cats. The cat told him that if he liked someone, he should fight for them. But later, the cat got a little dog of his own and forgot all about Ananke, telling him not to fight for him anymore.
Never mind, never mind. The cat wasn’t his anyway. As long as the cat was happy, that was enough.
When Astra woke up, his fiancé had been replaced. He was already annoyed, but then, upon returning to the legion, he saw a male insect he didn’t recognize staring at him as if Astra had been unfaithful. What was going on? Don’t come near me. Don’t ruin my engagement.
The plot is vivid and interesting, especially the green apple flavored pheromone, which is really rare in Zerg novels. I want to take a bite ₍˄·͈༝·͈˄₎◞︎ ̑̑ෆ⃛, and the dumb Ananke is really cute (*/∇\*)
I think it's quite good, but there are too few. It's so hard to follow the series. I haven't even written half of the introduction. It would be great if 100 chapters could suddenly appear.
I will tell you it looks good in the most straightforward and least roundabout way
I like it very much and have read it several times. The writing is also very good and the characters are very cute. The two get along very interestingly.
Very beautiful, very emotional
Looks good, I really like the sub-cp
It's pretty good, the plot is very smooth
Very interested, thanks for the good reviews There are too many characters and their names are very long. I prefer listening to books. Some chapters are confusing. I am looking forward to the development of the main plot.
