Changle Street

My name is Lin Du. I fix cars on Changle Street.

After my parents disappeared, all I wanted was to look after my two little sisters and raise them well.

Then one day, a group of people with special abilities showed up, demanding to take my sister away.

I tore off my name tag and punched one of them.

Behind me, A Zheng stopped kneading dough, the fat guy hoisted an iron griddle, and two women came to stand at my sides.

They said there were four major powers in Yunding City, and the Yunding Group ruled everything.

They said those awakened in the lower city were born to be dogs for the upper city.

They said a mechanic like me had no business picking a fight with them.

I wiped the blood from the corner of my mouth and shielded my sister behind me.

“Changle Street has its own rules. Whoever lays a hand on my people can discuss it with me, with my fists.”

From that day on, I decided to make my own rules.
