Ye Lei: Childhood Sweethearts

Ye Cunxin and Lei Zhan were born in a military compound and grew up together as childhood sweethearts.

Ye Cunxin was a month older than Lei Zhan. He was a mischievous troublemaker as a child, until Ye Cunxin beat him into submission. From then on, Lei Zhan followed her everywhere.

Later, they both applied to military academies and joined the army. When the special forces came to recruit, Lei Zhan was eligible to try out, and Ye Cunxin wanted to as well. But there were no women in the special forces, until the Fire Phoenix unit was formed. It turned out Lei Zhan had been repeatedly petitioning his superiors for it.

This time, Lei Zhan became the head instructor, while Ye Cunxin was just a rookie.
