God-Encrusted: The Gemstone Emperor

Core elements: high-martial-arts world, gem system, skill gems, secret-realm upgrades, and an invincible talent.

This is a world teeming with gem-filled secret realms, where combat power depends on the number of sockets across one's body and the total levels of the gems embedded in one's gear.

Ever since an entire Heaven-rank squad was wiped out while conquering a secret realm, Xia has gone nearly twenty years without a single awakened prodigy, and the nation's power has steadily declined.

Chen Wanjun awakened with F-rank aptitude, leaving him able to open only twelve sockets across his whole body. Once the city's most talked-about talent, he has fallen to the status of a laughingstock.

At the same time, prodigies began awakening one after another across Xia. At long last, a golden generation had arrived in the nation that had been dormant for years.

The international scene is in turmoil, and competition between nations has reached a fever pitch. Foreign powers will never sit back and watch Xia rise to strength; the prodigies' names have already been added to the kill lists.

Little do they know that the overlooked F-rank boy is the greatest wild card in this game of power.
