In the wasteland of nuclear war, order has collapsed, and humans are struggling to survive between pollution and mutant beasts. Xu Ce, a little person in the apocalypse who makes a living by picking up garbage, is hit on the head by his old air-raid shelter one day, and accidentally activates the "safe house renovation system" - as long as he collects materials, he can expand, upgrade, and decorate this last doomsday shelter at will.
