Azur Lane: I Just Got Here, and They're Shutting Down the Port?

When Lin Che received his transfer order, he thought he was finally going to take charge of a harbor base. But when the supply ship docked, he learned that Xiwang Harbor had only three months left: the cafeteria’s gas had been shut off, the infirmary was unusable, and the dormitory leaked whenever it rained. If the base failed its inspection three months later, it would be officially closed.

Only three shipgirls remained at the harbor. Z23 guarded paperwork that had gone unsigned for half a year, Laffey slept in the commander’s office with her pillow, and Unicorn hid behind Yuu-chan, watching the new commander.

On the first night, all four squeezed into the dormitory kitchen and cooked dinner with the last of the dried noodles, canned food, and two eggs. The next day, Lin Che signed his name on the application to have the cafeteria’s gas lines reinspected.

There was no System here, no funds appearing out of thin air. All Lin Che could do was resubmit the applications that had piled up and fix the broken facilities.

Strangest of all, more and more shipgirls began to arrive.

Lin Che had only wanted to keep Xiwang Harbor going for three months. By the time he realized it, there were no longer enough seats around the dinner table.
