Pokemon: Make Alola Great Again

(Multiple heroines, a quasi-utopian world, and a big crossover of anime, games, and manga, with plenty of original worldbuilding. “Transmigrate” here means traveling to Ultra Space; the protagonist is a native. The story focuses more on battles early on. After the Lily of the Valley Conference, he returns to Alola to become a farmer, and the story shifts to everyday life, though he’ll still take part in key events from the original story and show off in front of everyone.)

Chen Yang was born in the Alola Region. At eight, he was pulled into Ultra Space through an Ultra Wormhole. At eighteen, Ultra Space sent him to the Sinnoh Region.

A few months later, standing on the Lily of the Valley Conference champion’s podium, Chen Yang said:

“The final at the Indigo Plateau Conference that year was Professor Kukui against Lance. The score was 5 to 1. I’ll never forget seeing Professor Kukui slumped in his chair, sobbing uncontrollably!

“In that moment, I thought, if I could become a professional Trainer, I’d win it all. Now the trophy is right before me, and I have to wonder if this is the only chance I’ll ever get. Professor Kukui has done so much for the Alola Region’s development over the years. It’s up to us to bring glory to Alola!”

Years later, after Alola became the top region in the League, a reporter asked:

“Mr. Chen Yang, people across the League are saying you’ll do absolutely anything to promote the Alola Region and make a name for yourself. That includes, but isn’t limited to, competing in regional tournaments, taking down evil organizations, mediating battles between Legendary Pokemon, and stirring up dating rumors with popular female Trainers...”

Chen Yang replied, “Ahem, ahem... I have to clear up that last part. There are no fake dating rumors. I truly love every one of them.”
