I Work in Discipline Inspection at Donghang

Just six days after joining the disciplinary inspection department of Donghang Group, law master Wu Guanqing finds himself caught up in the aftermath of a major aviation accident. As he carries out his duties, he upholds the rules and regulations, and quickly spots irregularities in the procurement of emergency supplies and loopholes in the management of logistics records. His dogged investigation of violations threatens entrenched interests within the organization, and he is deliberately sent to a local disciplinary commission for a temporary assignment, supposedly to toughen him up.

With a solid legal foundation and meticulous investigative skills, Wu Guanqing solves one difficult case after another at the grassroots level, tackling problems in work-style rectification and state-owned asset inspections. His superiors bring him in to take part in key audits. After returning to the group, he digs deeper into irregularities in procurement, operations and maintenance, and corporate management, rooting out problems at every level, eliminating longstanding internal ills, and upholding the boundaries of oversight. He protects state-owned assets and restores a culture of integrity and discipline within the company.
