In this world, Ultraman was originally just a character in a tokusatsu series shown on television. No real Giant of Light had ever appeared on Earth, until the Ultra Warrior Belial, banished from the Land of Light to another dimension, descended upon the planet.

Hiiragi Utena had always dreamed of becoming a shining hero like Ultraman, but through a series of mishaps, she joined an evil organization created by the Alien Baltan and Hyper Zetton. By chance, Belial was forced to merge with Utena’s body, and the two could not separate.

With no other choice, Belial became Earth’s temporary guardian, facing threats alone from monsters, alien beings, Space Beasts, and even the Land of Light.

Alien Mefilas: “Ultraman, we are both members of an advanced interstellar civilization. There’s no need to become enemies over insignificant humans.”

Alien Zarab: “You’ve chosen to protect humanity, but humans will soon see you as a threat. When that happens, no one will stand by your side.”

Alien Zetton: “You forbid us from interfering with less advanced civilizations, but humanity is already heading toward destruction. I’m simply using Zetton to speed up the inevitable.”

Alien Baltan: “What a magnificent form! This is... this is Hyper Zetton in its complete form!”

Zoffy: “I will activate the celestial suppression weapon, Zetton, and erase all intelligent life on this planet. Belial, resistance is futile.”
