This is a story about a girl named Meng Shiran who, in an imaginary ancient setting, finds herself living in a storybook that continuously circulates, accumulating memory fragments in "plot reenactments" over and over again, and through the awakening and writing of self-awareness, finally breaks away from her destined fate and becomes the author of her own story.
