A Hundred Flowers Slain: After the Finale, I Rewrote My Own Ending

[Ninth Prince (Xiao Changying) × Shen Yingruo CP] [Hundred Flowers Kill fan fiction]

My name is Shen Yingruo. No, wait. Half a month ago, I was Lin Xiaoman, an ordinary viewer who watched Hundred Flowers Kill for the second time in my rented apartment and cried through half a pack of tissues.

When I woke up, I had become the younger sister from the show, the one who refused a marriage proposal and vowed never to marry. The finale had just aired, and I was sitting in a poetry society with a stack of unwanted account books in front of me.

Even more absurdly, a transparent panel floated before my eyes, covered in comments:

“Big sis! Stop spacing out! Get to the military camp! He’ll be done with drills at 3 p.m. today!”

“Calm down, people above. She just got here, give her a moment to process...”

“Process what? You two had a tragic ending in the original! If you don’t make a move now, when will you?”

I fell silent for three seconds, pushed aside the account books, then turned to ask my wet nurse, “Mother, can our poetry society take on jobs delivering letters to the military camp?”

At the camp gates, I held a basket of letters and looked through the bars into the eyes of the general, whose skin was tanned and whose youthful air had faded.

The comments instantly exploded.

Only later did I learn that this world was still following the original script. It wanted to make my tragic ending an unbreakable rule.

But the comments were right.

The show has already ended, so why can’t I rewrite the plot?
