[Game Development + Lighthearted Comedy + Players Left Depressed + Patriotic Spirit + Retracing the Long March]

Luo Yu transmigrates to a parallel world.

From the start, he inherits a game company on the verge of bankruptcy and awakens the [Depression System].

As long as he makes players feel depressed, break down, cry, or regret their choices... he'll receive rewards.

And so...

Scene One:

“A horror game? That's it? Where's the ghost? Come out and show yourself!”

“There's half a flagpole buried in the basement? The flag has... the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army embroidered on it?”

“What do you mean, ‘Little comrade, help us raise the flag. We can't climb any farther’?”

“What do you mean, we have to retrace the Long March, and the quartermaster sacrificed himself for us?”

Players across the internet sobbed uncontrollably in streamers' live chats.

Scene Two:

“So this time it's an underwater tomb raid? Searching for treasure on the ocean floor?”

“Greed! I'm going to be as greedy as I can! I don't care about your vengeful deep-sea spirits!”

“What do you mean, we hauled up a skeleton clutching a soaked national flag?”

“That was the exploration ship that disappeared thirty years ago! They waited for their country until the very end!”

“Where's the submarine? Get it over here! We're bringing them home!!!”

Scene Three:

A game about the war against Japan.

“The enemy's charging for the eighth time. We're out of ammunition, so fix bayonets!”

“Little comrade, don't be afraid. Stay close to me. We can hold this position.”

“Company commander? Company commander! Medic! The company commander's been shot!”

“Little comrade... As long as the position stands, so do we. Give my mother a message for me.”

Before playing: It's a horror game, so it's all about the scares!!

After playing: So they were waiting to hear, “Comrades, we've won”!

“Red flags sweep across the western wind. When will we bind the Azure Dragon!”
