Honkai: Star Rail: Trust, Wishes, and Phantom Angels

[No CP]

While running errands for Bai Kui, Xing met a kind angel.

She was actually an Imagenae, not an angel, and looked so weak that she seemed on the verge of disappearing because she lacked enough wishes.

Even so, this Imagenae still wanted to help others.

A little moved, Xing asked about her situation. When she learned that the Imagenae had loved ones she was worried about, she went to see them, too.

Her loved one was Mingxi, the frail young girl who had created Miss Angel.

Mingxi had suffered from a genetic disorder since childhood and could only stay at home. But she was grateful for the help others had once given her, and still had hope for the world, so she wanted to do what little she could for Dual-Phase Paradise.

Thus the angel Imagenae, Yuan Yu, was born.

Unfortunately, in today's Dual-Phase Paradise, Yuan Yu could not gather many wishes and was even met with mockery.

Yuan Yu didn't mind any of that. She had met kind people before. The only one she couldn't stop worrying about was Mingxi.

If she disappeared, Mingxi would lose a companion, and her connection to the world would grow much weaker.

Having learned all this, Xing naturally couldn't just leave them be. But with the Fullness incident keeping her busy, there wasn't much she could do.

So she never knew that someone had gone to visit the two of them and left behind many instructions and words of guidance.

That guidance became Yuan Yu's hope for carrying on, and the conviction that led Mingxi to embark upon her Path.
