Xiang Xiu's Tavern

Her ex-husband climbed the social ladder, spreading lies and slandering her.

Nineteen-year-old Chen Xiangxiu, a farmer raising a child, was thrown out by her in-laws.

Grinding her teeth, she rented a run-down courtyard beside the highway and opened a distillery, only to unexpectedly attract three outstanding men from very different walks of life.

In the cramped confines of the countryside, a rough village doctor shields her from gossip with his burning embrace; an upright village official paves the way for her, struggling between restraint and surrender; and a shrewd businessman barges into her life with a fortune in cash.

From hauling mud to build a house to collecting fermenting starter, every brick and tile is laid with sweat.

With three men closing in on her at every turn and showering her with fierce devotion, just who will Xiangxiu’s potent liquor leave drunk in her warm bed?
