The story of the Library of Ruina had reached its end.

Or so it should have.

But the ‘Moon’ grieved for what had happened to a certain pair of lovers and their family. She left behind a single clear tear and took it upon herself to grant the last surviving young man in black his wish to ‘see his beloved one more time.’

For the first time, a wish twisted by the heavens came true in the right way.

And so she awoke, determined to find her beloved.

After the Seed of Light was released, the City did not become a better place as Angela had hoped.

And the suffering in the Outskirts continued to repeat itself, day after day.

So she tried reopening the Library, hoping to expand it and transform the Outskirts into the paradise she envisioned.

“Even if it can’t become a paradise, can the Library at least become an ‘ark’ for the Outskirts?”

No one knew her true purpose.

But they were willing to help her achieve the new goal she had found in her ‘life.’

Thus the curtain rose on the Outskirts Library.
