He takes a different approach and ranks the ten noisiest Kamen Rider belts, successfully attracting the Riders' attention and extending his life.
Just imagine Grand Zi-O's sound effects endlessly repeating like a scratched CD, or the Hypa Player's hypnotic loop with its built-in BGM... Wizard's sound effects, Ghost's rap, Genius's... Just thinking about it, you can already picture the All-Heavens Riders losing their minds!
