My Little Sister’s Best Friend Is the Tang Dynasty’s Little Princess of Jinyang

When Gu Xingyao, a mischievous four-year-old heiress from a modern wealthy family who loves playing hero and has given herself the title “General Yaoyao,” finds little Sizi on a stormy night, what kind of sisterly bond will blossom between them? Sizi is a frail, timid, sweet-natured three-year-old princess from the Tang dynasty.

And when Gu Xingchen, an eighteen-year-old about to start college, meets Li Lizhi, the eldest princess of Changle, who has transmigrated through time in search of her younger sister, it’s love at first sight, a love that lasts forever. What kind of romance will unfold between them?

Gu Xingyao: “Ugh! I’m so bored. When is Mom going to have a little sister for me?”

“Nezha has a little apprentice, Hua Mulan has a little sidekick, but General Yaoyao is all alone!”

A dull thud came from the garden.

“Hm?”

The little girl’s ears perked up. She scrambled to her feet and tiptoed to the window to look down. The dark garden was blurred by the rain. Something seemed to have fallen beside the rosebushes.

“A thief?”

Gu Xingyao’s eyes lit up. She was wide awake!

The moment had come for General Yaoyao to protect her home!

“Show yourself, demon! Taste my sword!”

Gu Xingyao ran over to the rosebushes. The rain soaked her flower-print pajamas, and her little ponytail flopped against her head. She raised her wooden sword and pointed it at the lump behind the bushes… Huh?

It was a tiny figure, curled up in the mud and soaked through.

Gu Xingyao tilted her head and lowered her wooden sword.

By the light of a flash of lightning, she saw what it was: a child.

Gu Xingyao froze for two seconds.

Then

“Wow! A little sister!”

Gu Xingchen: “You look… really beautiful today.”

Li Lizhi’s ears turned red.

“Mm.”
