Online title: The Late Spring Cold Snap
Jiang Nian’an & Sun Wanghe
National-level athlete & fashion designer
Winter’s chill gives way to the promise of spring. Sun Wanghe is a trembling flower bud at the very tip of a peach branch.
Only when she blossoms with her first touch of pink and white does Jiang Nian’an finally meet spring.
Full synopsis:
Jiang Nian’an is a tide within Sun Wanghe.
She surges and recedes against her will, over and over.
Time and again, reason and instinct clash. Her mind coldly declares that she should let go, but her body and subconscious are like seawater faithful to gravity. The moment she hears his name or catches his scent, they break through the dam and rush back in, beyond saving.
So Sun Wanghe stubbornly tests whether, after a long retreating tide, she will still charge toward that shore without hesitation, with all the passion she can muster, one last time.
Only later does she discover...
Jiang Nian’an, too, is a sea destined to be drowned by her.
And so spring will always come.
Even if it arrives a little late, it will come.
