[Everyday romance] + [A laid-back campus life] + [Youth] + [One heroine] + [No System, no rebirth]
When Chen Ming was 18, the pressure of studying got to him, so he found a girlfriend online. He didn't take the relationship too seriously at the time, and only agreed to a few voice calls after she repeatedly begged him. They never even video-called. Shortly before the college entrance exams, he simply broke up with her, blocked her, and deleted her in one fell swoop, never looking back.
Three months later, he sat in a classroom at Jiang University for his first class meeting.
The counselor's voice rang out from above. “Which one of you is Chen Ming? Answer when I call your name.”
He suddenly froze in place. Why did that voice sound so strangely familiar?
[Note: The leads had never seen what each other looked like before, but they had heard each other's voices.]
At first, Chen Ming thought Fang Yao seemed rather aloof, so he didn't dare admit who he was.
After they started living together.
Fang Yao: “Honey, about our argument yesterday...”
Chen Ming: “I was at fault too. I shouldn't have said those harsh things to you.”
Fang Yao: “I spent the whole day reflecting on it, too.”
Chen Ming: “I felt awful all day as well.”
Fang Yao: “And then I realized it was all your fault.”
