Journey to the West spinoff fanfic + imaginative adaptation + growth + road story
Wukong has no seventy-two transformations, no fiery eyes, he is just an outcast who was born with hairy hair. Tang Seng is a walking monk who is good at telling lies but has a righteous heart. Zhu Ganglie is a money-grubbing runner who is proficient in businessmanship. Sha Wujing is a wanted former imperial guard who is highly skilled in martial arts, proficient in assassinations, ambushes, and investigations.
Xuanzang received an order to go west to obtain Buddhist scriptures, and picked up Wukong who was living in a ruined temple. He met Zhu Ganglie and Sha Wujing and traveled together. Little did they know that everything they experienced was planned in advance...

This is my first time writing on Tomato. This is a derivative work of Journey to the West. I loved watching Journey to the West when I was a kid. I have watched the 1986 version, the sequel, the sequel, the cartoon, and the Hong Kong version many times. The beginning of the story is a picture that appeared in my mind when I was a child. I always wanted to write about it, but never started writing it. The great sages on TV all suddenly become great after learning the art for a few years, but most ordinary people have to go through many difficulties to truly grow up, so I wanted to write about Wukong who was born in a quagmire. I want to change the original Journey to the West into something more relevant to modern people's thinking. Each story chapter is an independent "game", but each game is going in the same direction. I want to write about a little beast in a cage, on a road of no return, growing humanity, learning skills, and living his own life. See if he can break the game because he can live his own life. The rest of the story is still being conceived. Friends who see it are welcome to provide guidance and support in locking the names of some characters in the article.
