My Heart's Allergy Trigger

A sister story to "She’s Too Adorable!" [A chaste, cultured CEO with a wicked streak × a sweet-talking assistant who dares to talk back; a long-planned secret crush + workplace comedy and sugary romance + mutual doting with unexpected sides]

Tong Hua: My brother, who was supposedly about to become a monk, has secretly been in love with someone and even moved in with her?!

Tong Zhuo is a well-known tech-industry ice prince: taciturn and cold even to his own family.

His younger sister, Tong Hua, has always worried he’ll stay single forever, and their mother suspects he’s gay! Who knew her brother was secretly nursing a crush?

And his target is his new assistant, Lin Ting Tang, who constantly grumbles about him under her breath!

The young woman seems obedient on the outside, but inside she’s complaining nonstop about how cold her boss is:

“He puts on that icy face every day. Who’d want to serve the capitalists?”

Then she sees her paycheck: “I’m sorry, boss. I was out of line.”

They were only boss and employee until an apartment-hunting mishap turned them into roommates. The aloof CEO who reigns supreme in the office becomes a remarkably accommodating housemate at home.

To outsiders, he’s a restrained, chaste ice prince. But after they move in together, his image completely falls apart: he secretly stocks up on her favorite snacks, puts up with all her absentminded little habits, and quietly listens to every one of her rambling thoughts.

Everyone thinks he has no weaknesses. Only Lin Ting Tang slowly realizes that this cool, powerful man has long been struck by her irresistible charm. The ice prince who has kept himself in check for years gradually gives in to love in their everyday life as roommates, falling for her in secret.

[He melts his icy walls and opens himself to her; she bursts into his life with unexpected warmth, becoming the one person who makes each other’s heart skip a beat.]
