I Started a Livestream Connected to a Wasteland Planet, and the Comments Are All Aliens

I was laid off and was scrolling through my phone when I accidentally tapped a mysterious app that connected me to aliens. Blue light flashed, and the comments flooded in: “Please, clean water! Please, food!” On the other end was a dying intelligent species, and I could send supplies through my livestream. I handed over a bottle of water, and someone's asthma was cured. I gave them a cookie, and their eyesight returned! Energy points started pouring in, redeemable for physical fitness, lifespan, and storage space. People on Earth accused me of scamming them, but the military secretly started tracking the data stream. When a sandstorm hit, I pulled out a tent and saved their entire race. My livestream gets shut down? Hackers attack? Conglomerates come after me? Zhao Gang and his team protect me, while an alien elder passes on their technology tree. From a corporate wage slave to an interstellar bridge, I turn my life around by selling goods. This interstellar livestream saves them, and saves me too.
