At dusk, after closing Qianhe Flower Cafe, Shen Yihe is tired from walking and simply stops, turns around, looks up at him, and opens her arms. "Carry me."
Su Yuyan gives in with fond exasperation and lifts her into a secure koala hug.
She loops her arms around his neck, brushes her nose against his chin, and mutters softly:
"I can make money, open a shop, and handle all my work... but the thing I'm best at is still clinging to you."
Su Yuyan walks steadily, his eyes filled with a tenderness he reserves for her alone.
"Then cling to me for the rest of your life. Don't you dare run away."
"Got that?"
