Rule Horror: Never Fill In the Blank Fifth Rule

[Rule Horror + Rule Repairman + Infinite-Flow Instances + Suspenseful Mind Games + Memory as the Price + Tracing One's Own Origins]

Ten deadly rules for residents are posted in the Happiness Apartments. The fifth rule is blank.

A delivery driver accidentally enters the building and, unable to complete the rule, is swallowed alive by the wall. His name is carved into the blank space.

Lin Yan takes a rush repair job for triple pay, only to discover that the death records from ten years ago list a victim with the same name and face as him.

Someone is rewriting the rules and forging records. A faceless neighbor is waiting for a chance to break in, and the lives of all forty-seven people in the building hang in the balance.

A faded ticket stub carries a warning: Don't fill in the fifth rule.

But something inside the wall is waiting for me to sign. The original text of the fifth rule, which vanished years ago, holds the truth about my death, a truth I've long since forgotten.
