[Metaphysics] [Fortune Telling] [Spiritual Qi Revival] [Infrastructure Building] [Ghost Hunting] [Lighthearted]
Zhou Jun grew tired of city life, quit his job, and returned to his hometown to inherit his grandfather's dilapidated Taoist temple.
The temple was in a popular tourist spot, but incense offerings were few and far between, and it was so poor it could barely scrape by.
With the sect in decline and metaphysics in ruin, the founding patriarch appeared in a dream and entrusted him with the task of reviving the Taoist tradition.
Fortune telling and divination, warding off evil and catching ghosts, reading people and interpreting faces.
"Daoist priest, please save my child! Every night lately, they sit up at midnight and talk to the wall!"
Zhou Jun: "Believe in science. Go take in those clothes on the drying rack."
"Daoist priest, I've been losing at mahjong lately. My luck's rotten to the core!"
Zhou Jun: "Believe in science. Winning and losing come down to probability. Try sitting somewhere else."
"Daoist priest, there's always a noise coming from my cabinet at night, but I believe in science. Could a mouse be stealing food?"
Zhou Jun grabbed his sword and headed out. "Keep your door shut. Whatever you hear, don't come in. Remember to believe in science!"
And so, using his merit points, he opened a spirit spring, planted a medicinal herb garden, grew grain, and more... transforming the temple into the largest blessed paradise of cultivation!
