[Power Plays + Ensemble Cast + Growth + Fantasy]
Welcome, readers, to the “Just a Woman” dungeon.
This is an alternate ancient world where men and women are equal, and even the most powerful men are merely your subordinates.
You will become the heroine, Gu Xihe, armed with her ambition, her golden finger, and a close-knit group of friends who fight at her side.
As Gu Xihe, you have hated the treacherous intrigues of the court since childhood. All you want is to become a famed general and preserve peace and justice in the world.
But the Jin Emperor wants to send women back behind closed doors, while the great clans want to turn rules back into shackles. Even your family, friends, and mentors have paid dearly for this.
Then don't blame her for being ruthless!
Tear off the mask of hypocrisy, trample on imperial power, and deceive the world!
Though she is just a woman, she will make everyone know this:
The hard-won equality of this world is something Gu Xihe will protect.
