A derivative work of Joyful Night, mainly featuring the Five Flowers and Eight Men / two top-tier leads
All characters are platonic + minimal romance + a touch of angst + rules-based horror
This story uses the closed-circle snowbound mansion setup: a modern, unconventional light-horror scenario.
One day, the Five Flowers and Eight Men receive a mysterious invitation to take part in an escape-room test at an old castle halfway up a mountain. The room's theme is called “The Serpent's Tail Ball.”
Inside the castle, countless people wearing different masks dance in identical outfits, colored ribbons wrapped around their hands. Every pair of eyes seems to be staring at them, but not in welcome.
The moment you put on a mask, the game officially begins. Do whatever it takes to escape, even if the way is treacherous or you have to face it alone.
Is this a story about friends sticking together, supporting one another, and working as one to break the rules? No. This is actually a solo game!
Very good! As the first reader to fall into the trap, I can tell you that it feels like seeing all the villains in the game, but in short, it's very enjoyable! The plot is very interesting, and it doesn't feel like it was written without any brain. It is very delicate and slightly scary. Not for the faint of heart. Don't tell me that I don't understand comedy and just read novels. I am Gao Lego, and I could be your father just by the time I get into novels.
I like Xiren's Wonderful Night. It's a rare CB-oriented book, and it has few self-made characters. It won't let Xiren fall in love with his own OC. I quite like the plot style. The author's last book was also very interesting, and it's really worth reading.
It's good to watch, the plot is very immersive, and the CB-oriented twin stars are so cool! The refreshing plot mixed with a little joke made me cry and laugh at the same time. It was indeed the author's style [Blowing Kisses]
I am a fan of Happy Wonderful Night, and I usually like to read some fan fiction. I followed it from the previous book. I prefer micro-horrors, and the writing style is very good, much better than other fan fiction. I highly recommend it.
It's very beautiful, and it's still the author's great style. I just don't know how many people will survive in the end.
