Chen Jiang came from the late Ming Dynasty, when natural and man-made disasters were constant, to the modern city of 2030 by accident. Unexpectedly, on his first day in this world, he was arrested by the Sheriff of the Public Security Bureau and taken to the Public Security Station.
Then, as he gradually adapted and learned about that cruel history, Chen Jiang was determined to do something for the elders in his hometown.
