Poverty is the most terrifying disease in the world.
When Rules of Horror descend upon the globe, You Chuanbai, a poor young man fresh out of a psychiatric hospital, represents Huaxia in the competition.
While everyone else trembles at the sound of midnight knocks, he discovers that the cultivation spells from his previous life can simply ignore the horror rules.
If cultivation can crush them from a higher dimension, then there’s nothing left to fear.
He gazes greedily at the headless corpse outside the door.
“A string of top-grade soul-nourishing wood prayer beads can sell for 300 million?”
You Chuanbai whips out a Heavenly Thunder Talisman and smashes the monster with a single slap.
By the time he has beaten the top-tier red-clad female ghost into submission and turned her into a treasure-hunting mouse, viewers across the internet are left dumbfounded.
This isn’t a horrifying hellscape. It’s You Chuanbai’s personal money-printing machine.
As Huaxia’s national fortune surges along with him, the supreme will behind the horror rules finally loses its patience.
