Synopsis

[Updated daily, mainly Prince of Tennis and other series, with a Hong Kong-inspired feel]

In an instant, she missed her step at the Hong Kong Coliseum and plunged into the twilight waters of a river in Kanagawa. The memories of a twenty-eight-year-old superstar and the life of a fifteen-year-old girl twisted together in her mind. She couldn’t tell who she was until she opened her eyes and saw the beauty mark she had watched through a screen for fifteen years, now less than an arm’s length away.

She clutched the bedsheet. She had rewound and watched this person over and over on a glowing screen through countless late nights. Now he was standing right there, water dripping from his hair and pattering onto the sheet beside her hand. It was as if the screen had shattered and he had stepped out of it.

Later, new songs filled recording studios in Tokyo, one after another. Later still, posters for an Asian tour spread from Tokyo all the way back to the Hong Kong Coliseum. When Hatoyama Ling stood at center stage, microphone gripped in hand, and the lights came down over the crowd, she was still Su Ling, who had once run away from her old family home in Shanghai. Only this time, a figure with purplish-gray hair had joined the VIP seats below.

Please note before reading:

1. The pacing is fairly slow.

2. Su Ling and Hatoyama Ling are the same person. There is no one taking over another’s body; her memories from two worlds have simply merged.

3. Keigo Atobe is the male lead, but the heroine is not love-struck.

4. Any details that don’t fit reality or the original work are my own additions. Suggestions and corrections are welcome, but please don’t give unsolicited writing advice.

Looking for Prince of Tennis Fanfiction with a Female Protagonist. Please Don’t Recommend Anything Cringey

Looking for books similar to "Prince of Tennis: Open My Eyes and It's Time to Play!" Read the title carefully. Don't recommend stories with two male leads, or the poster will curse you out. Consider this a warning: no Mary Sue stories with zero logic. The main focus should be the matches, and the protagonist must play tennis.

Looking for Prince of Tennis Fanfiction. Please Don’t Make the Main Character’s Plot Armor Too Strong

Looking for Prince of Tennis fanfiction. The protagonist's halo doesn't need to be too strong. They can be powerful, as long as they work hard instead of relying entirely on a System or something. (No, seriously, why can't I find Little Sheep Hotpot's Prince of Tennis: The Mandate of Heaven anymore? I absolutely loved that fic. 😭)
