Hogwarts: Starting with the Shadow Corps

[No System] [Hogwarts] [Mastermind Behind the Scenes] [Cryptic Trickster] [No Saintly Protagonist]

After transmigrating as the beloved grandson of Minister for Magic Cornelius Fudge, Hughes Fudge should have been a Pure-blood heir born with a silver spoon in his mouth. But after eleven whole years without the slightest sign of magical ability, he became the family disgrace, a "Squib" stain on Fudge's political career, and an object of utter disgust to his own grandfather.

Then, on his eleventh birthday, an owl from Hogwarts tapped at the window.

Fudge sneered. "Dumbledore is finally bowing his head and showing weakness to me, the Minister for Magic!"

In a room no one knew about, Hughes gazed at the boiling darkness beneath his feet and smiled with elegant madness.

No magic? No. He'd spent all the magic of those eleven years knocking on the door to the "Shadow Realm" sleeping at the core of his consciousness!

"Professors, are you ready for a little taste of shadowy terror?"

While Voldemort was still desperately seeking immortality and the Pure-blood families were still fighting over power, Hughes sat on Hogwarts' shadow throne. Behind him stretched a shadow army that blotted out the sky. He murmured, "Don't panic. This is just a grand game of magic."

"It's late. Time to dream. The limits of magic you believe in are nothing but a joke before a miracle."

His leisurely life as a preacher at Hogwarts begins with turning the school's geniuses into fanatics!
