The Guilty Are Innocent

This is a world steeped in sin and punishment. In this highly advanced, neon-filled world, human desire and ambition are growing like weeds. When those weeds overrun the city through the smoke of battle, humanity will ultimately be devoured by its own desires.

In this world, human desires can become extreme, turning into things that truly threaten the world. And there are always geniuses among us, people with unimaginable desires and extreme obsessions, a group of madmen with twisted minds. Yet they can wield the power to interfere with and alter reality. The rulers call them beasts, but those madmen don't see it that way. They call themselves messengers of God, and are known as Oracles.

Throughout human history, they have appeared in supernatural events that defy all logic. But this power is a double-edged sword, and some are consumed by it. Those whose powerful desires grow unchecked after death, or ordinary people who already harbor intense desires but lack the aptitude to control this power, become creatures unseen by ordinary people: Sin Beasts, also known as the Godforsaken.

So everyone who learns the truth about this world will remember three things:

Always believe that human will stands above the laws of nature.

Examine sin. Examine desire. Confront desire and pass judgment on it. Only those burdened with deep sin can pass judgment on the guilty.

Embracing desire is the only way to avoid being eliminated.

Organizations were founded around these three principles. But how can an ordinary person survive with their sanity intact in a world where you have to go mad just to stay alive?
