The Healing Physician Farms: Reclaiming the Frontier and Raising Children

Lin Sui, a doctoral surgeon trained in both Western and Chinese medicine, died suddenly and transmigrated into the body of a timid widow whose soldier husband had died defending the frontier of the Great Liang dynasty. She must raise four children who have suffered terribly, while burdened by debt and harassed at every turn by vile relatives. In her darkest hour, the [Myriad Families’ Granary System] awakens. Seeds, grain, cooking oil, medicines, medical equipment, and agricultural blueprints are all available for her to redeem at will. She uses modern medicine to prevent disease and save lives, scientific farming to improve barren land, and her cooking skills to prepare all kinds of delicacies. She sets up market stalls, builds factories, and opens up trade routes. She nurtures her four children according to their strengths: the eldest son enters government service, the second son goes into business, the daughter becomes a doctor, and the youngest son makes something of himself. She takes on the terrible relatives, helps the villagers, and works with the garrison, transforming the bitterly cold frontier through medicine and industry. Mother and children stand together, reclaim wasteland, stockpile grain, and rise against the odds!
