Wei Zhao is a miracle-working doctor from a reclusive sect and a retired elite special forces soldier. Acting on his master's orders, he comes down from the mountains and marries into the Su family, becoming a useless live-in son-in-law whom no one respects. The story keeps things light and comedic. He uses his miraculous medical skills to save lives, and the exceptional eye for detail he developed in the special forces lets him thrive in the antiques trade. He face-slaps the relatives and rivals who look down on him, and enjoys a carefree, satisfying life.
