At six, he awakened Twin Martial Souls, possessed innate full spirit power, and received a reserved spot at Shrek Academy, with an agreement to enroll at eleven.
At seven, he unexpectedly awakened a third Martial Soul. It spiraled out of control and accidentally killed his grandfather, so he vowed never to use it again.
He wandered to a remote mountain village and lived in seclusion for three years.
At ten, evil soul masters slaughtered the village. In his desperation, he summoned his third Martial Soul once more and wiped out the attackers, but his power also struck down the family of the people who had taken him in. He was the village's sole survivor.
Hunted by evil soul masters for two and a half years, he fled and fought back, transforming from prey into predator.
At twelve and a half, he destroyed an evil soul master stronghold and reached level 41 as a Soul Ancestor. He concealed his spirit power at level 29 and headed for Shrek Academy, a year and a half late.
Along the way, he encountered Huo Yuhao and Wang Dong being pursued by assassins. Having been hunted for two and a half years himself, he knew what it was like. He hid in the shadows and came to their aid.
No one knew that a shadow sealed inside him was still untouchable.
That shadow was called “Jin.” It had emerged twice, and both times brought destruction.
He wouldn't steal opportunities or take anyone's companions.
He would simply stand behind the Seven Devils and fill the gaps that needed filling.
The Holy Spirit Cult's blade, Tang Ya's tears, Ma Xiaotao's fire…
In this life, he wanted them all to survive.
