The Fox Cub Pretends to Be Tamed, and the Cold Young Heir Gets Hooked

[Vicious demon pet × unhinged heir|pretending to be well-behaved × truly coveted|beast-taming pact × fiercely possessive love] When Tu Sui was held by the chin by the heir of the Prince of Jing’s estate, she awakened to the plot. She was a vicious demon pet in a storybook. Taking advantage of having saved Second Young Master Lu Jinghuai’s life, she hogged his bed, drove away every spirit beast around him, and bit her way through half the estate. In the end, the heir, Lu Wence, personally pinned her to the Demon-Suppressing Platform and severed her neck with one sword. Tu Sui was terrified. She immediately sheathed her claws and tucked in her tail. “I won’t bite anyone anymore, and I won’t cling to Second Young Master anymore.” “I’ll be good from now on.” Everyone said the heir’s beast-taming skills were unmatched under heaven. But on the night that handsome young lord returned, Lu Wence sat in her room, holding in his palm the red-bead bell tassel she had sold. The usually composed and stern man raised his eyes, a nearly pathological darkness in their depths. This time, his commands were: “Come here.” “Kiss me.” “Marry me.” Lu Jinghuai had always thought Sui was just throwing a tantrum. He had raised her for four years. She loved to steal his pillow, eat the candied fruit from his hand, and claw up his clothes whenever he paid attention to another spirit beast. Once she came to her senses, she would naturally return to his side. Until the day of the Beast Banquet, when he saw the little fox he had raised held in his elder brother’s arms. The young woman’s fox ears were scarlet, tears glistening in the corners of her eyes, while her red fox tail was wrapped tightly around Lu Wence’s waist. Lu Jinghuai’s face turned deathly pale. “Sui, come down.” The young woman curled closer into the heir’s arms and softly corrected him: “Second Young Master.” “You should call me sister-in-law.” On the surface: spoiled demon pet × stern heir In reality: deathly afraid soft fox × sinister beast-tamer The male lead’s daily line: Second Brother, your fox is your sister-in-law now.
