[Scheming international tycoon x sweet, sheltered heiress from China]
[Both leads are inexperienced + sweet romance + domineering pursuit + ten-year age gap + love at first sight + powerful man and gentle woman]
Lu Si'en Beaufort, a hereditary ruler of Country A and a top tycoon,
Mixed-race, with black hair, blue eyes, broad shoulders, and a slim waist.
Gu Yiran, the heiress of the Gu family in China.
She is rescued by the hero, Lu Si'en Beaufort, after getting into danger.
Lu Si'en falls for Gu Yiran at first sight.
Introduction:
“She’s just a plaything. Once I’m tired of her, I’ll hand her over to you~”
Gu Yiran hurried back to her room and packed up all the food she could carry.
Then she changed into clothes that would make it easier to escape.
There wasn’t a soul in sight along the way, and she secretly rejoiced.
Soon, she managed to board the yacht.
She started the engine and opened the yacht’s navigation panel.
The screen showed that she would reach land in half an hour.
Once she made it ashore, she would have a chance to ask the outside world for help and call the embassy.
She would go back to China!
The yacht cut through the waves, the sea breeze rushing toward her. Freedom was within reach.
But halfway there, the yacht stopped responding.
It began heading back on its own, and Gu Yiran’s face turned pale.
She tried desperately to control it, but nothing worked.
The yacht returned to shore, where Lu Si'en’s men were now gathered all over the island.
Lu Si'en walked toward her.
His black clothes made his tall figure look even more imposing, and his icy blue eyes fixed firmly on her aboard the yacht.
Gu Yiran’s eyes widened as a chill crawled up her spine.
I’m done for! It was a trap!
The corner of Lu Si'en’s mouth curled into a wicked smile, and his low voice carried to her on the sea breeze.
“I was worried you’d get bored, so I took you out for a little stroll~ Well, darling, did you enjoy this little escape game~?”
