Hong Kong Crossover: Nanxing's Journey

Nanxing was a medicinal plant that had grown for a thousand years and had only just taken human form. Since spirits weren’t allowed to become immortal after the founding of the nation, the Heavenly Dao rolled her into a ball and tossed her into countless small worlds.

[A not-so-bright little spirit falls in love and helps people find closure in various small worlds.]

[Some worlds have a pairing. If there is one, it’s a sweet 1v1 romance. The author will note when there isn’t one.]

[There are original settings and out-of-character moments. Bad guys won’t be redeemed. The author is a complete beginner, not good at writing plots, and has nothing but romance on the brain (not really).]

[The female lead won’t be put through angst. If anyone suffers, it’ll be the male lead, and only a little.]

[The author writes for love. If you don’t like it, you can click ❌, but please don’t attack me personally. I’m sensitive and my heart will shatter.]

[Background: Nanxing’s true form is a Tiannanxing plant, a Chinese medicinal herb. She gained self-awareness several hundred years ago, then drifted through the world apart from her original body for several more centuries.

She has human awareness, but still doesn’t quite know how to be human.

At first, she observes the people in each story from a bystander’s perspective, curious and fond of watching.

The first world in which she becomes human is Mr. Vampire, which can be treated as part of Uncle Ying’s vampire universe. Ninth Uncle takes her in and raises her, so her full name is Lin Nanxing. She learns feng shui and martial arts from him, and also studies Chinese medicine. The author will later write a separate, more detailed piece about this.]
