The story takes place between the border mountain town "Wulin Town" and the capital's medical power center. Wuling Town has mines, rainforests, winding mountain roads, small clinics and old health centers; the capital has the National Heart Center, International Medical Forum, Drug and Device Approval Committee, Capital Group and Media Court.
