Showbiz: I Stumbled into Sisters Who Travel, and They All Rely on Me to Soar

Lin Yi was just an ordinary office worker who clocked out on time. In the blink of an eye, though, he found himself on the set of season five of "Divas Hit the Road". Around him were celebrity guests like Dilraba, Qin Lan, and Xin Zhilei. The cameras were pointed at him, and even the production team was baffled: Where had this civilian come from?

Even more absurdly, an “All-Purpose Travel System” had appeared in Lin Yi’s mind, one only he could perceive. Navigation, translation, cooking, first aid, and adapting to challenges: all of it came in handy on the trip.

During the first mission, the group got lost in the streets. The guests were anxious, and the production team was waiting for a laugh, but Lin Yi glanced at his phone and calmly got everyone to their destination on time. During the second challenge, funds ran low, they couldn’t communicate, and the itinerary fell apart. Once again, he turned things around with a street-side meal and a few words in the local language.

Everyone thought he was just lucky, until he kept showing up exactly where he was needed during one crisis after another.

This trip went from “celebrities bringing along an ordinary guy” to “the whole group waiting for Lin Yi to step in.”
