Ru Nian is sixteen. He's the last surviving member of his clan.
Yesterday, a strange beast stormed into Haisi City, and his parents died in the disaster.
The surname Ru is uncommon. According to the Zuo Zhuan, in the tenth year of Duke Cheng's reign:
Prince Ban of Zheng had the courtesy name Ziru, and his descendants adopted Ru, the last character of his courtesy name, as their surname.
This is a high-martial-arts novel let down by its title.
My new work is here. Thank you for reading, and I hope you'll enjoy it. Your support gives me the motivation to write, and I'll do my best to make every story a good one!
