Synopsis
Everyone online knows that Lu Chen, the heir to the Lu Group, has a sworn enemy: Lin Xiao, a genius designer at the same company.
For three years, they've clashed, traded barbs, and sabotaged each other, unable to get along.
He mocks her ordinary background and stubborn nature, backing her into a corner at work time and again.
She can't stand his domineering, sharp tongue and arrogance, and repeatedly tears apart every card he holds.
Everyone is waiting to see Lu Chen crush Lin Xiao and send her packing from the Lu Group.
Then, at a lavish family reunion banquet, the DNA test results are made public.
The Lu family, one of the city's most powerful, has spent over twenty years searching for their heiress. It turns out she's Lin Xiao, the woman everyone looks down on.
And Lu Chen, her sworn enemy of three years, is the grandson of an old family friend of the Lu patriarch, raised in the Lu household since childhood.
By seniority...
He has to respectfully call her Auntie!
One moment, he's sneering coldly, “Lin Xiao, you really don't know your place.”
The next, his eyes widen in shock as he's forced to bow his head. “...Auntie.”
The internet explodes!
Yesterday's sworn enemy has suddenly been promoted to an elder in his own family!
From then on, the cold CEO switches between two modes:
To everyone else: ruthless and unyielding.
To his own Auntie: spoils her rotten, protects her at all costs, and dishes out face-slapping to every villain!
The fake-sweet friend who bullied her, the client who gave her a hard time, the wealthy circles that mocked her: he settles the score with every last one of them.
Watching her sworn enemy bring her tea and water every day and humbly apologize, Lin Xiao arches a brow and smiles.
“President Lu, why don't you keep arguing with me? Where's all that arrogance now?”
Lu Chen's ears turn red as he meekly gives in.
“Auntie is always right. I-I won't dare do it again.”
