"Paper pages" refers to both "Naruto" that Kako read in her previous life, and also refers to the future she sorted out based on the memory of the original work; "outside the paper pages" refers to the daily life, system, pain and choices that comics have never shown, and it is also the true and complete life of those who were once regarded as "characters" by her.
Nara Shikako once knew the story of this world.
She knew that the Kyuubi would come to Konoha, that the Uchiha clan would eventually be destroyed, that Naruto would become a hero, and that Sasuke would leave his companions for revenge. This is a story about a girl who once watched all living beings through the page, and finally stepped outside the story, living with them, making choices together, and bearing the price together.
