Ye Tong is reborn into S11. The moment he opens his eyes, he receives notice of an indefinite ban from the LPL: the Iceland match-fixing scandal has gotten him blacklisted across the entire league. No team dares to take him, and even security turns him away from tryouts for a second-division squad.
Bank balance: 432 yuan.
His beautiful landlady, Bai Jie, knocks on his door: “Rent’s due.”
He binds to the “Jungle King System.” Charm, reflexes, memory, focus, and physique all improve with every match he wins.
He livestreams LOL from his rented room, climbing from the bottom of solo queue to the top of the Korean server. Bai Jie brings him instant noodles every day, while an offer from LCK dynasty DK flies across the Yellow Sea to reach him. Brother Xu waits for him in the training room.
He says, “If you don’t come, I’m not playing.”
