In a small mountain village impoverished after the war, Yaya is a bridge connecting two worlds - she can go to the modern era where the "fairy sister" lives, and bring home magic mirrors, starch sausages, tricycles, and brand-new pots and pans one by one. From a pair of two-hundred-yuan straw sandals, the whole village learned to drive three-wheelers and every family had a new livelihood; from a girl carrying a basket to a small boss with a big customer. Yaya's kindness and curiosity light up the poor days in the smoke, and bring the two worlds closer and closer because of the fireworks in the world. It is a healing story of cross-border assistance to farmers and rural areas.
