Goji Voyage

From the struggling son of a mining tycoon to a new UEE recruit, Sun Qi learned one thing: data is like stone. It doesn't lie.

From being a “crate” trailing behind an escort to becoming a UEE pilot, he learned another: when facing a swarm of Vanduul, the textbook is a farewell letter.

Outposts reduced to ash, loved ones murdered, a company forced into liquidation, wingmen falling one after another, and a knife colder than the swarm hidden within their own ranks: military-grade parts are being funneled onto the black market, and life-saving intelligence is being torn from the shelves one page at a time. His brother calculates the swarm's “turning gaps” in the skies, while his sister traces the smuggling ledgers on the ground. Across the sea of stars, the two siblings drag an insidious network that has been hollowing out the fleet for twenty years into the light, inch by inch. This is the story of an underdog force on the outer rim, trading lives for data and pens for bullets as they fight to the death and refuse to yield on the edge of the galaxy. A Star Citizen fanfic, with some 42nd Squadron plotlines. The early chapters focus more on narration to explain the backstory; the military plot begins around Chapter 40.
